How do I sell my card?

How long does it take to get paid?
Your card's value is added to your balance as soon as it's approved. When you withdraw, our team reviews and approves the request before paying it into your bank. Both steps are usually quick, but they can take longer at busy times or if we need more details from you.
How is my payout amount worked out?
It depends on your card's verified balance. When we approve your card, the amount added to your balance is shown in your dashboard, in the currency you chose when you registered. Withdrawals have no fees, so you receive the full amount you withdraw.
How do I get paid?
By bank transfer, in the currency you chose when you registered, to a bank account in your name. The details follow your currency: a NUBAN for naira, a sort code for pounds, an IBAN for euros, and a SWIFT transfer for currencies without local details. Is it safe to submit my card details?
Your details are sent over an encrypted connection, and bank account numbers are encrypted when stored. They're only used to verify your card and pay you. We will never ask for your online banking password, PIN or one-time codes.
What if my bank details are wrong?
Check your details carefully before you withdraw, because a transfer to the wrong account may not be recoverable. If you spot a mistake, cancel the withdrawal from your dashboard while it's still awaiting approval, or contact support straight away. If we can't pay a withdrawal, the full amount goes back to your balance.
